Presently our Nevada contractors bid limit has financially qualified us for projects to $1M and can be extended for larger projects.

If you need our help getting your project off the ground we offer a value added design and build service that will take you though the entire process. From the initial consultation, through design, building plans and permitting, to a completed construction project. As an example, our average design and permitting service for residential projects ranges from $5K to $9K depending on the size and scope of the project. Many of our customers already know what they want and would prefer that we simply bid their project, let us know if you already have building plans. Either way our clients get the highest quality product available.
We provide an itemized written contract for labor and materials on every project. We respect your home and we take the extra steps necessary to protect your property. We thoroughly clean-up behind ourselves everyday and never leave a mess for you to deal with. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our cleanliness just let us know and we will fix it immediately.
